Great living starts here. Since 2010, we’ve operated as a property company, offering premium student accommodation and residential apartments across Liverpool, Stockport, and Warrington. We don’t just rent properties, we create places people are proud to call home.
We don’t think that great student living has to come with a compromise, which is why we pride ourselves on offering luxury accommodation in great locations. After years of focusing on student accommodation, we have taken our knowledge into residential property, delivering luxury apartments across the North West.
We’ve been doing this for a long time. With student accommodation and residential properties across the North West, we know what tenants want: responsive management, well-maintained spaces, and a team that actually picks up the phone. Whether you’re booking your first student flat or finding your forever rental, Urban Sleep makes it simple.
Meet the team that ensures everything runs smoothly at Urban Sleep, helping you find the perfect accommodation, whether it’s student housing or residential.
Hi, I’m Tom, the Assistant Manager at Copperas House. I have been based at Copperas for almost a year. I have over 7 years of experience in the lettings industry, including 5 years working as a Lettings Manager. My background in lettings has provided me with strong knowledge of property management.
At Copperas House, I help oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, support residents throughout their stay, and ensure everything on site runs smoothly. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating a positive living experience for our students.
Outside of work, I have a strong interest in travel and experiencing different cultures. In my spare time, I’m also a big Liverpool supporter and of football in general. I also enjoy anime and gaming, which are great ways for me to relax and unwind.
I started at Urban Sleep in April 2026 as a Receptionist in Copperas House where I work weekends. I currently live in Hardman House as a History student. Before I moved over from Northern Ireland, I worked at an Assistant Youth Support Worker which I learnt skills that I have transferred to my role in Urban Sleep.
Outside of work I enjoy reading and playing games with my friends.
I joined the company in January 2024 as a Property Administrator within the Student team, before gaining experience across PRS properties in 2025 and progressing into my current role as Assistant Property Manager at Princeton Place in January 2026.
My favourite part of the job is building strong relationships with residents and creating a positive living experience.
Prior to joining Urban Sleep, I spent almost three years in banking, building a strong foundation in organisation and customer service that supports my work in property today.
Outside of work, I’m a huge Everton fan and an avid golfer—just don’t ask me my handicap!
I joined Urban Sleep in October 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager, after previously working with Carpenter Build Ltd. on a work placement. I am currently based at Springmount Mill, where I assist day to day operations, with a primary focus on Lettings. Outside of work, I enjoy a range of outdoor sports and activities.
Experienced Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of 128 apartments at Vine Street, Liverpool. Responsible for day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and maintaining high occupancy and service standards. Proven track record in managing maintenance, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. Dedicated to delivering a professional, efficient, and tenant-focused living environment.
I’ve been with the company for 5 years, starting out as a Lettings Administrator and working my way up to Lead Property Manager. I love building relationships with tenants, getting stuck into problem-solving, and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I currently oversee all our PRS properties from Liverpool to Stockport.
Before my career in property, I was a beauty therapist specialising in skincare and massage. I still enjoy doing treatments for friends and family, which is a lovely way to unwind and keep that passion going.
I’ve recently become a mum, so life is definitely busy, but I’m really enjoying the balance of work and family life — and everything that comes with being a working mum with 2 dogs!
I’ve worked as an Assistant Property Manager since October 2025 at Hardman House, supporting Rob with the day-to-day running of the site, from inspections and maintenance to resident queries and the unexpected things that come up along the way.
Before moving into property management, I was a Nursery Manager, so staying organised and dealing with different personalities has always been part of the job. I also have a degree in Criminology, which means my career path has taken a few different directions, but each role has given me useful skills I bring into what I do now.
What I enjoy most about the role is the variety — no two days are ever quite the same. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and I’m currently learning Italian.
I have lived at Urban Sleep since year one of undergrad and now work here. A key aspect of my role is assisting Abi and Rob with operations of the building. My degree and history in mental health and neuroscience have transferred into me being open and friendly, and able to meet the needs of my tenants promptly and professionally.
Outside of work I enjoy various sports and reading.
I’ve been with the company for 9 months, starting as a Building Assistant and quickly progressing to Assistant Property Manager. I love keeping things running smoothly—whether that’s managing tenant enquiries, hosting viewings, or organising maintenance, inspections, and site walks.
Before this, I spent 11 years in student accommodation as a Customer Service Advisor, earning my Level 3 in Customer Service along the way. Creating a friendly, seamless experience for people has always been my thing.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two with a love for all things health and wellbeing. You’ll usually find me at the gym, on the yoga mat, out in nature, or chasing the sun somewhere new. I’m all about staying active, positive, and making the most out of life.
I joined Urban Sleep in late 2024, bringing extensive experience from the student accommodation sector, where I previously held a General Manager position. In my current role, I oversee student operations across the portfolio, ensuring the consistent delivery of high standards in service, compliance, and occupancy performance.
I am responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting on-site teams, and maintaining a strong focus on resident experience. I take pride in building effective working relationships and ensuring a professional, well-managed living environment across all sites.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and have a long-standing interest in cars. I also spend much of my time with my dog, Bobby.
I joined Urban Sleep as a Property Manager in December 2024, starting out at Copperas House, before moving over to Hardman House, and then this year taking a role as the Lead Property Manager for our PBSA sites. Having previously managed kitchens, restaurants and hotels, I’m used to keeping myself busy… and luckily our student tenants are more than happy to oblige in helping me with this!
I take a huge amount of joy in ensuring our students have an unforgettable time living with us and ensuring that their journey from enquiry all the way through to checking in, hopefully rebooking and getting to do it all over again, is as smooth as possible. Even where there are issues, I don’t think there’s anything that can’t be solved with a strong coffee and determination!
When I’m not enjoying a coffee, a burger or a holiday (or ideally a combination of the three) you can find me in Hardman House, where you’re more than welcome to swing by and see what great student living can look like!
With a strong background in hospitality across hotels and restaurants, I bring a people first approach to my role at Urban Sleep. Over the past six months, I have progressed from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager, developing a deep understanding of resident needs and operational excellence. I am passionate about building meaningful relationships with tenants and creating a welcoming, high-quality living experience. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new cultures, with Shanghai next on my list.
I started at Urban Sleep in September 2025 and work at Myrtle Street Apartments. An important aspect of my role is addressing the needs of our tenants in a prompt manner, as well as assisting Nicole with general operation of the property. It’s always a pleasant experience to build a relationship with the students that live here and get to know everyone’s name and face.
Outside of work, my main interest is in music. I spend my free time playing the guitar and collect effects pedals.
I have been part of the Urban Sleep team since August 2025 and am currently the Property Manager at Springmount Mill. I bring over five years of experience in the property industry, including Build to Rent, PRS, and Block Management, along with five years in the hotel sector. I oversee the day to day operations of the building and enjoy creating a positive, well managed environment for residents. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, and art.
I’m Mia, an Assistant Property Manager at Urban Sleep, I joined the team in March 2026. My career began working in a Receptionist/ Lettings Administrator role, where my passion for property quickly grew.
I bring a bubbly, warm and welcoming approach to my work, alongside strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset. I enjoy working with people, solving problems quickly and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m excited to continue learning, developing and building my career within Urban Sleep.
