Your Flatmates

We know that moving into student accommodation and living with new people is exciting, but also a little scary. We are here to make your experience easier and we will do our best to ensure that you get along with your flatmates and neighbours.

To help us, please fill in the form below and we will try to match you with the best flatmates for you. We will also introduce you to your flatmates online before the start of the academic year so that you can get in touch and start getting to know each other before you arrive.

We hope you will enjoy your stay with us and your student life experience in Liverpool and if you need any help, we will be there to help you along the way.

Your Room

We will allocate you into one of the rooms in your selected category. You can specify some preferences in the form below to help us pick the perfect room for you.

Please remember that rooms in the same category may have different layouts and slightly different sizes. We will always allocate the biggest rooms and rooms on the highest floors on a first come - first served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.

After you sign your Tenancy Agreement, your room allocation is locked in, but you may still be able to change it at a later date. All of our student accommodation in Liverpool is located in great central areas close to universities and local amenities where you can meet people and make lifelong friends on your doorstep.

Although we do our best to allocate you into a room that is right for you with the people who will become your friends, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you may wish to move to a different room in your student accommodation due to personal preferences.

Should you wish to do this, you can request a room move and we will try to find a new allocation for you. Please note, there may be a room move freeze a couple of weeks leading up to the start of the academic year and a couple of weeks after due to how busy things get, but we should be able to look into alternative options for you outside of these times.
