What types of properties do you let?
We offer furnished and unfurnished 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. All of our apartments are in fully managed, purpose built residential developments with landscaping, parking and secure gated communities.

Where are your properties located?
We currently have to developments of residential apartments to let in Liverpool. Vine Street apartments are located at L7 7AP and Brunsiwck Park is located at L8 6SA. All of our properties have great transport links and offer parking in secure gated car parks subject to availability.

What kind of tenancies do you offer?
We offer 6 month and 12 month tenancies. All of our tenancies are assured shorthold tenancies.

What are the apartment prices?
We have a range of apartments that come in different price brackets that become available at different times. To discuss the rent & availability, please contact our lettings team on lettings@urbansleep.co.uk or +44 (0)151 708 7000 option 2.

Do I need a Guarantor?
If you pay your full annual rent in advance, you won’t need a Guarantor. If you’d prefer to pay your rent in monthly instalments, we may ask you to submit further information for a Guarantor or Sponsor before we finalise your Tenancy Agreement.

How can I arrange a viewing?

How can I book an apartment?
Our booking process is easy and you can complete it online in 3 steps. First, you will need to register and create an application on our customer portal here. Once you pass our internal checks, we will ask you to submit further information to perform a credit check with Experian which may include verifying your details with your most recent Landlord and your current employer.

Once you pass the credit check, we will send you the Tenancy Offer online and you can accept it. Please read the full Terms & Conditions before accepting your Tenancy Offer. Once you have accepted it, you will be tied into a legal Tenancy Agreement.

What fees do I need to pay?
You don’t have to pay any fees to apply or book the apartment.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, all tenants are required to pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent. All deposits are protected with The Deposit Protection Service under their custodial scheme.

When do I need to pay the rent?
Your first month’s rent should be paid before you collect the keys to your apartment. Your following rent payments should reach our account on or before 1st of every month.

Living with Urban Sleep

How many people can live in one apartment?
Every apartment can have up to 2 occupants per bedroom. 

Is cleaning provided in the apartments?
Cleaning is not included in your apartment unless specified otherwise in your Tenancy agreement. However, a cleaning service may be available for an additional fee. Please contact your property team for more information.

What is provided in unfurnished apartments?
Every unfurnished apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, 4 ring hob and a full oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

What is provided in furnished apartments?
Our furnished apartments come with modern furniture packages picked out by our team especially for your apartment. This will include a dining and lounge area with a dining table, chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV stand and double beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobes and chests of drawers in all bedrooms.

Can my pet live with me?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in our properties.

Can I smoke in the accommodation?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and any shared parts of the property including corridors, courtyards, car parks and landscaping areas.

Please contact your property team to find out more about designated smoking areas in individual properties.

Can I have visitors in my apartment?
Yes, you are allowed to have visitors in your apartment, but please be considerate and make sure they are not inconveniencing your neighbours and/or overcrowding the apartment.

Please remember that you are responsible for all of your visitors and need to make sure that they follow the house rules at the properties. We retain the right to refuse any visitors to site at our discretion.

What happens when my tenancy ends?
Towards the end of the tenancy we will contact you to discuss this with you. In most cases you will be offered an opportunity to renew your tenancy for another 6 or 12 months. In some cases we are not able to offer this if the property requires refurbishment or significant maintenance works. We reserve the right to refuse renewals at our discretion.

If you choose not to renew your tenancy, you will need to return the keys to our office on the last day of your tenancy after cleaning and clearing the apartment in order to avoid deposit charges.

We will then check your apartment within 72h and release your deposit with the Deposit Protection Service.
