Please Check Your Room Upon Arrival

We have checked your room prior to your arrival to make sure that everything is OK. However, we would like to ask you to double check this.

Please ensure you make notes and take pictures of any issues in your room when you arrive to ensure that you are not charged for this from your deposit at the end of your tenancy.

If you do not submit an online inventory within 2 days of arriving, it will be noted that everything in your room and communal areas was fine when you arrived.

Please check that: Sofas, armchairs and coffee tables are in good condition The TV works and has a functioning remote All light fittings are working All blinds can be raised, lowered and turned All heaters, switches and boost buttons are working The floor , walls and ceilings are in good condition

Kitchen Area

Please check that: All large white goods are operational (fridge freezer, oven, hob, kitchen extractor) All small white goods are operational (microwave, toaster, kettle) All cupboard doors and shelves are in good condition The kitchen sink and taps are in good condition The dining table and chairs are in good condition All lights, switches and heaters are operational The countertop is in good condition The floor , walls and ceilings are in good condition

Bedroom Area

Please check that: Your mattress and bedframe are in good condition and not damaged Your mattress protector is provided Your bedside table or shelf (if provided) is in good condition Your wardrobe is in good condition Your desk and study chair are in good condition All lights, switches and heaters are working Your window blinds are fully operational The floor , walls and ceilings are in good condition

Bathroom Area

Please check that: The shower head is working correctly and you have cold and hot water The washbasin and tap are functioning properly The shower screen is in good condition The toilet, toilet seat and toilet flush are operational The storage cupboard above the toilet is in a good condition The floor , walls and ceilings are in good condition The light is working

Other Areas

Please note any other findings form the corridors, main entrance areas etc.
