Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Head Office but with travel across Liverpool city centre
Report to: Operations Manager
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £27,000 + bonus
Working hours: 40 per week

Headquartered in Liverpool, Urban Sleep began its journey in 2010, growing from student accommodation predominantly based in Liverpool to managing a portfolio of over 1400 new homes across the North West and continuing to grow across PBSA and PRS sectors.

We look after our properties from design to delivery and are continually improving to ensure that our homes, whether student or privately rented, continue to exceed expectations.

Customer service

  • Serve as the first point of contact for lettings enquiries, understanding prospective tenants' needs and recommending the most suitable apartments/communities.

  • Offer expert advice and guidance, providing tailored recommendations to both direct and speculative enquiries.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective tenants by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Lead generation

  • To identify and reach out to potential tenants through various channels, including social media, university partnerships, local marketing.

  • Oversee our Rightmove adverts to ensure relevant, clear and correct.

Sales presentation

  • As appropriate, to support the property team in conducting property tours.

  • To prepare presentations that showcase the accommodation, highlighting features, amenities and benefits of living with Urban Sleep.

Relationship building

  • Collaborate with property teams to build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.

  • Support property teams as needed by assisting at reception desks, fostering positive relationships with current residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Market research

  • Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing strategies and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Develop engaging promotional materials, online content, and targeted campaigns to attract students to Urban Sleep.

Negotiation and closing

  • Where appropriate, handling tenancy negotiations and converting enquiries into signed leases.
